Placing an order
We sell licenses for our data modeling tools through FastSpring, a third party payment processing service that operates as a Merchant of Record. A Merchant of Record is an entity that sells goods or services to a customer and is the responsible party for the transaction.

You can always purchase only the latest versions of our products, which contain a number of new features, new components and bug fixes.

Purchase orders & fast order processing
Currently, purchase orders are not directly supported.
We recommend using a credit or debit card for fast order processing.
Billing & invoicing
When you purchase a license for any of our data modeling tools for your clients, you will receive an invoice from FastSpring with all the necessary information, including FastSpring’s billing address and tax ID number.

Activating key & software activation
Everyone who orders the software licenses online will receive an activation key for the licenses purchased. Since you will be making purchases on your behalf, the license will be automatically assigned to your company. Please send us the email address of the end user so that we can update the records in our systems and so that your client can activate the license assigned to their company address.
We trust that in the future your client will contact you directly and any additional license purchases or renewals will be done in our mutual cooperation.

Discount
For your purchase, we will send you a Coupon Code that determines the amount of your discount. Enter this code in the Coupon Code field (1) and click Apply (2). The amount to be paid will be automatically recalculated (3). You will also see the amount of the discount in the right-hand section, as well as the option to enter the VAT-ID (or Tax Exempt).
Once the VAT-ID has been entered, the amount will be recalculated again for EU based companies.
