We sell licenses for our data modeling tools through FastSpring, a third party payment processing service that operates as a Merchant of Record.
A Merchant of Record is an entity that sells goods or services to a customer and is the responsible party for the transaction.

If you purchase a license for any of our data modeling tools, you will receive an invoice from FastSpring with all the necessary information, including FastSpring’s billing address and tax ID number.
