Easier Arrangement of Contained Objects

In case you wish to automatically re-arrange contained objects, select a collection, right click on it and choose Auto arrange objects from the context menu.

Easy Editing of Contained Object Properties

Properties of contained objects can be edited on the larger modal form. You can easily define fields and field properties, set the color of the box etc.

Other improvements include the ability to display descriptions directly in the diagram.

Added Support for
MongoDB version 8

Moon Modeler now includes support for MongoDB version 8. You can easily create a connection to the latest version of MongoDB and visualize an existing database schema.

You can also create new schema designs
for MongoDB version 8 from scratch.

Better Diagram Manipulation

We’ve added features and enhancements to make it easier to manipulate diagrams.

Now you can very easily move all the objects on your diagrams to the right and down. This way you create a place to add new objects to the left of your original diagram, for example. We have also improved the ability to drag the entire diagram.
